Design Thinking Japan is now an Official Training Partner for Microsoft Elevate in Japan
TOKYO, JAPAN, Oct. 21, 2025 – Design Thinking Japan has been selected as Microsoft’s official training partner for Microsoft Elevate in Japan. Launched in July 2025, this global initiative aims to equip people and organizations with AI skills and tools to thrive in an AI-powered economy.
Design Thinking Japan's role centers on delivering human-centered AI education that enables learners in Japan to understand AI's strategic impact, evaluate implementation opportunities, and lead informed governance conversations.

The first training session targeted at policymakers and government officials was successfully delivered on October 24, 2025, at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), a unique graduate institution in Tokyo that educates current and future policymakers.
Additional sessions are planned as the initiative scales across Japan.
