- Your organization
- Your email address
- What you are working on (the intent of your inquiry)
How we use it
Your information is used solely to:
- Process the conversation: Messages are processed through a third-party AI service to power the assistant. Conversation data is not used for model training.
- Deliver your contact information: Once collected, your details are delivered to the DTJ team via a third-party email delivery service.
- Follow up: A member of our team will reach out to continue the conversation.
Third-party services
We use third-party service providers to operate core functionality:
- AI service — conversation processing
- Email delivery service — contact information delivery
Each service receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Conversation data is held only in your browser session. Submitted contact information is delivered as email and is not stored on our servers.
